Our Catering Service YUMICO offers a variety of choices of all-around-the-world meals including Georgian Shashlyk, known as souvlaki in North America. 
 
We serve Shashlyk or Souvlaki on skewers in Coquitlam, Greater Vancouver: Georgian style and prepared in our unique and classic marinade.
 
Catering Service YUMICO and Zia's Deli & Cafe offers a variety of shashlyk: pork, lamb, beef, chicken, & veggies.  
 
We bring our mangal (charcoal griller) to your party and do SHASHLYK (souvlaki) at your place.

Price per one person depends on what kind of meat we'll cook, and may vary from $ 20 to$ 30.00 per person. 'Shashlyk food' will also include a salad or antipasto, a side dish like roasted potatoes, and a couple of sauces (adjika, for example) to go with our shashlyk . Please refer to our main menu.
