In our Italian, Georgian, and Russian cuisine Deli located in Greater Vancouver, Coquitlam, we offer healthy and diverse choices for busy families in frozen foods section. We easily do meal assembly in your stead so it is ready for a pick-up. It is a unique combination of frozen products (see below), fresh ones like sauces, and groceries from the shelves: pasta of all kinds, antipasti, cookies, jams, etc. No other place does offer such a diversity.

What we offer Frozen:

Beef Stroganoff (also fresh)
Chicken cacciatore
Cabbage Rolls
Dumplings stuffed with beef and pork
Souvlaki (pork, chicken): smoked meat
Pierogies stuffed with potato & cheddar, cottage cheese or sauerkraut
Sausages, home-made: hot & mild (some are smoked)
Meatballs
Meat loaf
Meat and vegetarian lasagna, or spinach & ricotta
Gulyash
Cannelloni , meat or spinach & ricotta
Cornish hens: smoked & marinated
Hot-pot chicken and beef pies, pork pies, apple pies
Kidney beans and 18 beans mix stew (Lobio)
Dolma in grape leaves w/ tomato sauce

Everything mentioned is made by us. We also carry home made potato gnocchi, tortellini, and raviolini. And we make Tiramisu. As you can see all above mentioned choices could make a nice supper.

This Divinity is called Tiramisu. The truth is that I’m an admirer and a connoisseur of Italian cuisine. From the moment I had arrived in Canada, it was hard to find a store with decent Italian food. Italian deserts have always been problematic. And all of a blue … yesterday … oh! Tiramisu! I’ll be honest: even in Italy it is not that easy to come across such a nice taste; one has to know places.
