How it works
Personal chef's services: we create a customized menu based on your preferences and the following options:
5X4= 4 portions of 5 meals or 20 meals in total for $300
5X2=2 portions of 5 meals or 10 meals in total for $150
The price includes shopping for the ingredients, preparation of meals and delivery.
In general, the meals include a protein serving and a side dish. Appetizers and deserts are not included in 5X4 and 5X2 packages but you can always order them together with your packages. Please feel free to contact us to get a sample customized menu and a quote.

The ordering consists of the following steps:
1. E-mail, telephone or in-person consultation, during which we prepare a sample menu, and provide you with an estimate based on your choices, diet concerns and preferences.
2. You review the menu plan and let us know if you would like it to be further customized or approve it, and we schedule the delivery of services date and time. Once the menu is approved and the order placed, we will need a 50% deposit and the remaining amount is due upon delivery of services.
3. The meals are in individual containers that you can freeze or put in an oven, and each container is labeled. The label contains the full list of ingredients, as well as storing and warming up method.
We cook Mediterranean and East European dishes and also provide food choices based on special diet needs: vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, weight loss and diabetic. We don't use unhealthy ingredients, and everything is made from scratch: sauces, soup bases, breads, dressings, dough, etc.
Each protein serving is eight ounces. Each entree includes a delicious and healthy side dish. Most typical side dishes are veggies, rice, bulgur, cous-cous, quinoa, legumes. Less typical but equally healthy: buckwheat, millet, barley. The method of cooking: fresh, steamed, sautéed, stir fried, baked, roasted, grilled.
